Chennai. Two-wheeler manufactured company India Yamaha Motor (IYM) on Tuesday launched its first hybrid motorcycle 2025 ‘FZ-S FI Hybrid’, which has an ex-showroom price of Rs 1 lakh 44 thousand 800. The company issued a statement on Tuesday stating that the 2025 ‘FZ-S FI Hybrid’ has been introduced with a balanced and stylish look, making it more attractive on the tank cover.
The front turn signal has been integrated into the air intake area to increase the aggressive and aerodynamic appeal of the bike. This hybrid motorcycle gets power from the 149 cc blue core engine, which is now in line with the OBD-2B standards. This includes Yamaha’s smart motor generator (SMG) and Stop and Start System (SSS), which makes the engine starting and battery-aid acceleration more smooth. Also, the engine automatically closes in the passive state and provides better fuel efficiency.
Yamaha Motor India Group President Itaru Otani said on the occasion of launch, “The FZ brand has been an important part of Yamaha’s visit to India, which has been constantly developed keeping in mind the changing needs of customers. By bringing hybrid technology in this segment, we are not only making the performance better but also strengthening rider-centric innovations. ”
