Subhaha/Barabanki, Amrit thoughts. Dulara, the head of Khanpur Gram Sabha, has been disqualified from the post of Lucknow bench of the High Court. This action has been taken due to the becoming a voter of Nagar Panchayat Subhaha. District Panchayat Raj Officer Nitesh Bhondle disqualified Dulara while following the court order.
He has ordered the notice to be pasted in Block Hydergarh and Gram Panchayat Office Khanpur. The boundary of Nagar Panchayat Subhaha expanded about two years ago. It included some part of Khanpur Gram Sabha Noor Ali Ka Purva and Saray Chandel. During this time, the village head Dulara also became a voter of Nagar Panchayat Subhaha. Since then the development work of Gram Sabha Khanpur was stopped.
Gram Panchayat members and villagers informed the administration many times about this problem. But no action was taken. After this, people approached the High Court. The court disqualified the village head Dulara from the post. Now the administration is ready for further action.
