Lawyer defended
Evans defense lawyer, Herriite Golrst, blamed the incident for the ongoing issues regarding the child contact between Evans’ partner and Pritherech. GolSt said, ‘When he sent these videos, he had drunk some drinks and sent them, now it is understood that it has caused some problem to the victim. He did not send this with any wrong intentions. However, the prosecution disagreed, Williams said, ‘It was completely malicious. She kept smiling all the time, she felt fun, but the victim did not like it.
Heard this punishment
The court ordered Evans to give a compensation of £ 100 to Pritherech and a court expenditure of £ 199. He will also have to complete 15 rehabilitation sessions and stay away from alcohol for two months. Apart from this, a two -year order prevents Evans from contacting Pritherech.
