How to make raw banana tikki- (here is the recipe of kacche kele ki tikki)
To make this dish, first you have to take raw bananas, one tablespoon red chili powder and green chillies, half a teaspoon turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, hut pepper, sesame and salt according to taste. Then boil the raw banana in the pressure cooker till two-three whistles come, then keep it for some time to cool down. Remove the peel and mash well. Add this mash with red chili powder, lemon juice, chopped coriander, coriander powder and garam masala in a bowl. Mix all these until they meet together. Take a part of this mixture in your hand and give the shape of tikki. Roll it down, sprinkle some sesame on top of it, press it with light hand and keep it aside. Then put a teaspoon of oil in a non -stick pan and keep the tikki on it and spread some more oil around the tikki. Cook on medium heat, fry until golden brown. Serve it in a plate and enjoy it!
