Shanti Devi (34 years) wife Jagjivan Ram, a resident of Ward 13 Rajpur of Haldwani Kotwali area, was a laborer by profession and lived here with her husband and five children. According to the police, on Tuesday evening, Shanti had a dispute with his neighbors about something. After this, when Shanti’s brother reached home, there was a dispute. After the incident, Shanti went into the room. Five of his children were asleep in this room. Shanti’s brother went to the market with his brother -in -law Jagjivan. When Jagjivan returned, the movement remained. The body of peace was hanging from the noose in the same room where the children were asleep. Kotwal Rajesh Kumar Yadav says that the case is being investigated.
