Prayagraj, Amrit thoughts. The Allahabad High Court has refused to stay the arrest of his wife Nikita’s family in the suicide case of TCS manager Manav Sharma. The said order was passed by a bench of Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Justice Prashant Kumar, dismissing the bail plea of all the accused. It is known that human father -in -law Nripendra Kumar Sharma, mother -in -law Poonam Sharma and both the anniversary filed a petition in the High Court on 6 March to avoid arrest. It was heard in the High Court on Wednesday i.e. March 12. On behalf of Manav’s father Narendra Sharma, the advocate presented a live video recording of Manav Sharma’s suicide, after which the court dismissed the petition. Now the accused wife Nikita can also reach the High Court to avoid arrest.
Please tell that TCS’s recruitment manager Manav Sharma and Nikita were married on January 30, 2024. By January 2025, everything between the two went well. Nikita had told her something about some facts related to her previous life, which she had forgotten, but in late January she received a message about Nikita on her Instagram. Something was written about Nikita’s character in the message. Human beings started a conversation with the message. Gradually, he came to know a lot about Nikita’s earlier life. This is where human started breaking up. He told all these things to his sister. On 24 February, Manav committed suicide in Agra. The human body was found hanging in the Defense Colony of Agra. Before suicide, Manav made a video and revealed his wife’s extra marital affair. When Manav suicide, his wife Nikita was in Maike.
Investigation revealed that man was also threatened with his in -laws not to try to divorce Nikita. After this, Manav’s father Narendra Kumar Sharma filed a case against Manav’s wife Nikita, her father Nripendra Kumar Sharma, mother Poonam Sharma and her two sisters under Section 108 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sadar Bazar in Agra. Manav’s wife Nikita is still absconding.
