Using this ladder, poor families and less educated women have also become a link to the development of the country by achieving economic self -reliance. This is how Shalini of Ratupura village of Thakurdwara development block. By the way, Shalini has studied up to graduation. But due to keeping in the rural environment, some fetters of society and family were in their feet. Seeing the financial constraints himself and the family struggling, he crossed the house regardless of the taunts of the society. He formed Anshika Self Help Group in 2021 through Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission. Get training through NABARD and gained proficiency in making jute bags and other products.
After this, in this scheme of the government, by taking loans at one percent interest and adding women to the group and women started making bottle bags, side bags, school bags, shopping bags and files. Later, apart from this work, he started work by taking information about making products from cow dung. Shalini says that due to the introduction of dung and jute work due to the rural environment, the taunts of the people of the society were heard. However, due to the struggle, he did not care about them and added the sisters to the Vikas Bhavan and took forward the work with the department officials. Today, the demand for products made of jute and cow dung is increasing.

Shalini was once worried due to financial constraints. But after taking information about the plan, he decided to prove himself by crossing the threshold of the house.
