Shahjahanpur, Amrit thoughts: In the administrative investigation, the health department is constantly raging layers. Now fraud has been revealed in the recruitments. The authorities changed their rules according to their minds to recruit their loved ones on 46 posts of Ayush MO, LMO and Yoga Specialist. The special thing is that even after being the chairman of the appointment committee, CDO Dr. Aparajita Singh was excluded from the entire process.
The file was sent to him only at the time of interview. The then CMO himself constituted a screening committee of three doctors. Starting the appointment process, he selected the characters for the interview and uploaded the list on NIC. The process of conducting interviews was also started. Meanwhile, the CDO caught the matter and canceled the recruitment process after the approval of DM Dharmendra Pratap Singh.
Also, the Health Department has been ordered to remove the recruitment of fresh. The CDO did not stop here, he has written action against the personnel of the health department, including the then CMO Dr. RK Gautam, who had plotted the defective recruitment.
Under the National Health Mission in the district, 46 vacant posts of Ayush MO, Ayush LMO and Yoga Specialist were to be recruited. On 22 November 2024, the then CMO Dr. RK Gautam took out a release in newspapers. The recruitment process was to be completed under the chairmanship of the CDO, but it was not done. The then CMO set up a screening committee of three doctors himself and started the appointment process to give benefits to his favorites.
The list of interviews was also started by uploading the list on NIC. After this, the then CMO took out a release. In which it was said that if someone has any problem in this recruitment process, then the CDO can contact their mobile number. 15 days before retirement, Dr. RK Gautam sent a file to the CDO on 17 January to get the interview date. When the CDO tested the file intensively on doubt, the curtain was lifted from the intention of the then CMO.
It turned out that the rules have been fraudulent. Along with the degree, the government did not impose the condition of the experience, yet the then CMO added this condition on its behalf. Some other similar disturbances were also done. Later, the CDO canceled the old release, file and banned the recruitments of the Ayurvedic department. Also directed the CMO office to run a new file again. A new release has also been ordered for appointments.
Honorarium was to be given 32 thousand per month
BAMS, BUMS, BHMS or its equivalent degree holders are also engaged in the line of unemployment. In the health department, the contenders were vying if the advertisement for an honorarium of Rs 32000 per month was taken out. A large number of applications were made. Officials associated with the Health Department and the administration say that the then CMO Dr. RK Gautam and other members of his team put up the fielding well but their team including the CMO has suffered a setback before the recruitment was canceled.
The condition shown by retired CMO Dr. RK Gautam was not really at all. The former CMO published the entire release in a flawless manner and made a screening committee and did any information without any information. When I sent the file for the interview, I came to know that I was the chairman in the recruitment process. Despite this, the process was taken without telling me. The recruitments have been canceled.
