There was still no name on discussion
In UP, there are 98 presidents by connecting the district and metropolis. Before deciding their names, there was a discussion with the party officials, MLAs and MPs of that district. After this, a panel of the names of some leaders was made for every post. Then this was discussed with the UP BJP Core Committee. This committee consists of CM Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, party state president Bhupendra Chaudhary and Organization General Secretary Dharampal Singh. Then there was discussion with the area and province campaigners of the RSS. Even after this, the list could not be ready. It was said that the number of Dalit and women leaders is less. So several rounds of meetings were held with Chief Election Officer Mahendra Nath Pandey.
Why so much controversy is happening for the district president
There is a dispute on each name for the district president. The MPs of the area want their men. So the choice of the influential minister there is someone else. The Sangh wants to give this responsibility to someone else. The MLAs also continue to tussle with each other about the name of the district president. Many cases reached Delhi Durbar. In some cases, there are allegations of giving posts in lieu of money. Two MPs reached the central leadership with such complaints. All the party MLAs have united against a minister in a district. The matter has become like cross.

In UP, after two years, assembly elections are to be held in 2027. That is why all are busy setting their knots on the pretext of the district president.
