Vipin, a 25-year-old son of Balveer, a resident of village Kundesari in Dadhiyal Chowki area, was going to village Bhugri from Tanda-Dadial Marg in his tractor trolley. At 12:20 pm on Wednesday afternoon, the tire of the trolley was punctured in front of Gehlot Cement Store in Dadial.
