On checking the records, the matter came to light that the name of Afaq Ahmed was wrongly mentioned in the revenue records to make the enemy property in the records of the revenue department. The pages of the record were found torn. After that, the police, while deliberating, filed SP leader Azam Khan, former MLA Abdullah Azam Khan, Adeeb Azam Khan, Chamraua MLA Naseer Khan, Nighat Aflak, former MLA Dr. Tanzin Fatma in the case, making the case accused. In which former MLA Dr. Tanzin Fatma, Abdullah Azam Khan Nighat Aflak got the interim bail till March 11 on the last date. In the same connection, all three people appeared in court on Tuesday. Supreme Court advocate Zubair Ahmed said that interim bail has now been extended till 20 March. While Abdullah Azam Khan has come on bail.
