Prime Minister Narendra Modi said about the increasing trend of concert economy sector in India in ‘Utkarsh Odisha-Make in Odisha Conclave 2025’ that today the concert economy sector in India is also increasing. There is a major legacy of music dance story tailing in India, India is a big consumer of concerts. There is a lot of scope for concert economy.
The trend of events and concerts is increasing
PM Modi said, in India, the trend of live events and concerts has increased in the last 10 years. You must have seen great pictures of the coldplay concert held in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. This shows that India has widespread possibilities for live concerts. Big artists from all over the world are present here. They are getting attracted to India. I hope that the state and private sector will focus on the necessary infrastructure and skills.
‘Eastern India’s growth engine of development of the country’
Describing Eastern India as the growth engine of the country’s development, PM Modi said, ‘Odisha has a big role in the creation of developed India. Odisha residents have resolved to build ‘rich Odisha’. For the accomplishment of this resolution, all possible support is being received from the Central Government. I consider Eastern India to be the growth engine of the country’s development and Odisha has a big role in it. History is witness, when India had a major stake in global growth, Eastern India was an important contribution. In eastern India, there were big industrial hubs in the country, there were big ports, trade hubs. Odisha used to be a major center for trade to be held in South East A Shia. The ancient ports here used to be a gateway of India in a way.
PM Modi started a two -day Utkarsh Odisha -Make in Odisha Conclave -2025 in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday. In this, investors are coming from every corner of the country and are praising this initiative of the government. An official statement said that about 7,500 business representatives, including big industrialists, are expected to participate in this two -day conference. Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Aggarwal, Aditya Birla Group Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla and Jindal Steel & Power Chairman Naveen Jindal were present at the inauguration ceremony. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav also attended the program. The Prime Minister also inaugurated the ‘Make in Odisha’ exhibition, showing the achievements of the state in developing a lively industrial environment.
