Pilibhit, Amrit thoughts: Crime/Quick Court Chandra Mohan Mishra has punished 10 years imprisonment and each with a fine of Rs 15,000 after hearing a case of crime/speedy court Chandra Mohan Mishra, accused of dowry murder, and father -in -law Ramchandra, a resident of Puranpur, accused of dowry murder.
Kanti Devi, a resident of Chintti Mazra ward number one of Sitarganj area of Uttarakhand, filed a report in Kotwali Puranpur. In which it was told that his daughter Neeru Sharma was married to Rohit Sharma of Puranpur on 30 November 2013. Other in -laws including her husband were not satisfied with dowry. After one month of marriage, he started demanding an additional dowry of one lakh rupees. When it was not completed, the daughter started torturing.
When the daughter told this in the maiden, the maternal uncle understood and calmed it down. But the harassment of in -laws continued. In -laws strangled daughter Neeru on 18 May 2020 during the Corona Lockdown when the demand for dowry was not met. The police filed the charge sheet in the court after deliberation. The allegations against the accused in the court were defeated on 20 March 2021. The case was heard in the court of crime/speeding court Chandra Mohan Mishra against Special Judge women. The court sentenced both sides after listening to the two sides and prepares the letter.
