Saharanpur. The ADJ Court of Saharanpur has issued orders to the then DM Sandhya Tiwari, ADM Administration Dr. Dinesh Chandra (currently District Magistrate Jaunpur), and SSP Rajesh Pandey to attend their court on 17 March as evidence in the violence case over the land of Gurdwara in 2014 in the city. Government advocate Deepak Saini gave this information on Tuesday.
Significantly, curfew was declared in the city during the violence. In the police station Qutubsher area, there was a violent crowd of Muslims and a fierce firing between the Sikhs, which took place fiercely. Three people were killed in violence. The police have not been able to find out the killers till date, while the pictures of the bike riders were captured in CC TV cameras. Constable Sahaspal was also injured by a bullet.
The then three officers were present on the occasion, but the discretion of the case did not witness these three, while the testimony of these three officers in the court is important in the court. The government lawyer had urged the court to call these three for evidence.
