In the Rajya Sabha, Congress Deputy Leader Pramod Tiwari said on Thursday that the opposition coalition ‘Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance’ (‘India’) will raise all issues in the budget session of Parliament. Getting out of the all -party meeting convened by the government before the session, Tiwari also criticized the alleged politicization of the alleged Mahakumbh and said that the movement for the very good people during the Mahakumbh is facing difficulties for the common man.
The issue of rising unemployment and farmers will be raised in the budget session
He said that his party will raise the issue of “VIPs associated with the ruling BJP to become a gathering” of this religious event. Tiwari said that the issue of rising unemployment and “plight” of farmers will also be raised during the session. He said that the ‘India’ alliance will raise all the issues simultaneously in the session to highlight the problems of common people.
Leaders of political parties held a meeting before the session
The government held a meeting with leaders of all political parties on Thursday before the budget session of Parliament. The session will begin on Friday in a joint meeting of both the houses with the President’s address and the budget will be presented on February 1. The first phase of the session will end on February 13 and the second phase will start from March 10 and run till April 4.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh presided over this meeting. This traditional meeting is called to inform political parties about the legislative agenda of the government and to get information on the issues raised by them during the session. The meeting was attended by BJP President and Union Minister JP Nadda, Congress’s Gaurav Gogoi and Jairam Ramesh, Dravida Munnetra Kazagam’s T.R. Several leaders including Balu, Sudeep Bandyopadhyay of Trinamool Congress and Derek O Bryan participated. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Reijiju also attended the meeting.
