Bahraich, Amrit thoughts. Violence took place during the Durga Puja immersion procession on 13 October in Maharajganj in the district. A young man was shot and killed in the violence. The DM has taken NSA action against the five accused of that violence.
During the immersion of Durga idol on 13 October in Maharajganj market of Hardi police station area, the folk system was disrupted by pelting stones on the idol immersion procession by chaotic elements. Also, Ram Gopal Mishra, a resident of Rehua Mansoor village of Ram village police station area, was shot dead. In which a case was registered against 6 nominated and unknown persons in police station Hardi on the Tahrir of the resident of Kailashnath, son of the deceased. The charge sheet was sent to the court on certification against a total of 13 accused in the order of deliberations. All the accused are detained in the district prison in judicial custody.
In view of the incident of Maharajganj, in order to maintain law and order by the Uttar Pradesh government, in order to maintain law and order, crime and effective action against criminals, accused Abdul Hameed son Abdul Hameed son Abdul Majid, Mohammad Talib alias Sablu son Abdul Hameed, Mohammad Sarfaraz Ahmed alias Rinku son Abdul Hameed, Shakeel Ahmad alias Bablu son Abdul Hameed, Shakeel Ahmad alias Bablu son Haji Mohammad Ibrahim and Khur Khur Khurjhee Mohammad. Ahmed residents Kasba Kasba Maharajganj police station Hardi district Bahraich, on the report of police station in-charge Hardi, has been issued a detained order under Section-3 (2) National Security Act 1980 by District Magistrate Monica Rani on March 10 on the recommendation of the District Magistrate Mahsi, Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) and Superintendent of Police, District Bahraich.
