Different types of reactions are coming for budget 2025. Some are the budget of middle class, and some are calling it a political budget. But in the eyes of the expert, this is the future budget. Niranjan Hiranandani, co-founder of Real Estate Tycoon and Hiranandani Group, says that many such provisions were made in this budget, which will be seen in future. Many stalled projects can resume in sector like real state, which will benefit millions of people.
Emphasis on increasing the budget of middle class
Many such schemes and reliefs have been given in the budget, the benefit of which we will see in the coming time. Through the budget, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman want the surplus (savings) of the middle class to be increased and along with this, their ability to spend and purchase power should also be increased. If seen from today’s praise, the middle class had become corner. GST (GST) seemed to be very much on different items, which seemed to be very much for the middle class.
Many stuck projects will start from Swami Fund-2
In this budget, Finance Minister Sitharaman has tried to give some relief in every field. If you look at the housing sector, several steps have been taken to start the stuck projects. Swami has brought Fund-2, in which 15 thousand crore rupees have been given. This will benefit many projects stuck in NCR. Earlier, a home buyers had benefited in Swami Fund-1. Now millions of people will also benefit from Swami Fund-2. If private banks and institutions are added to it again, a large number of people can benefit.
India will increase with skill development
The steps taken towards skill development are also very commendable. This is a very important step, which is going to have a lot of impact in the future. It has been seen that in the field of real state and infrastructure we are the second largest employer in the market. We are using 7 crore workers in these areas. We currently want skilled workers in this area 23 lakhs, but we have only 13 lakhs. This is a big difference. A company like Larsen and Toubro Limited, he announced just one and a half months ago that one of his company lacks 25 thousand skilled workers. If we look at this way, we have a shortage of workers in the skilled area and on the other side we also have unemployment. On this side, skill development schemes are going to get a lot of benefit and employment will increase.
By the year 2030, we will only need 10 crore people working in the conversion sector, which will require more than 3 crore skilled workers. If you look at this way, at this time 2 crore people need to be skilled. Apart from this, the government’s emphasis is on tax exemption, Ease of Doing Business (faith in dispute, custom duty). In such a situation, this is the future budget.
