A man, trapped on a flyover in Bengaluru, was surprised when he received a message worrying about his safety from Rapido. The man told about the incident in a social media post and said that this message came when his auto rickshaw stayed at the same place for some time.
App-based cab services often alert passengers to check their safety when their rented vehicles stand for a long time. However, due to heavy traffic in this special incident, the auto of the person was stuck in one place for a long time and the cab service was alerted.
