In Palghar district of Maharashtra, a 38 -year -old married woman tried to show her three -month nephew with the intention of starting a new life with her lover and tried to show this child woman and her lover. The police gave this information on Tuesday. According to the police, the woman had taken the child to Nalanda in Bihar from where the police rescued her and arrested the woman on Sunday.
Marriage pressure made on boyfriends
Inspector of Mandvi police station, Sanjay Hazare said that the woman took her sister’s son from Mandvi in Vasai area of Palghar on the afternoon of February 18 and escaped. When the family did not find the child, they lodged a complaint with the police, on the basis of which an FIR was lodged under Section 137 (2) (kidnapping) of the Indian Code.
Kidnapped his own nephew
After this, Mandvi police started searching for the woman with the help of technical surveillance and intelligence information. Investigation revealed that he is in Nalanda, Bihar. The police team reached Nalanda and took the help of the divisional intelligence unit (DIU) there. Mandvi police along with Nalanda DIU and local police raided some houses in Suryachak village in Meeragar near Bihar-Jharkhand border and found the woman in a house with the child.

The child was rescued and handed over to his family and the woman was brought to Mandvi on Sunday. The woman said that she is married and she has three children, but she wanted to start a new life with her lover in Bihar. According to the police, the woman did not tell her lover that she is already married and her children. He pretended to be unmarried and pregnant and kidnapped his sister’s son and tried to convince the lover that the child belonged to him.
