Below is a recipe mentioned by the lifestyle coach, which is as follows –
Material
1 liter (4 cups) pure or filtered water.
A quarter teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan pink salt (for sodium and trace mineral).
A quarter cup of fresh lemon or lemon juice (because it provides vitamin C and taste).
1 tbsp raw honey or jaggery (for carbohydrates and energy).
A drop of coconut water (which naturally contain potassium and other minerals), but it is optional.
What to do to prepare electrolytes?
Start with pure or filtered 1 liter (4 cups) of water. This will be the basis of your electrolyte drink.
Add salt to it.
Add a quarter of the salt or Himalayan pink salt to it. Says Luke, “These namors have sodium and based on the brand, it may include trace minerals that contribute to electrolyte balance.”
Squeeze a quarter cup of fresh lemon juice in water. It also provides vitamin C along with taste, which can help in fighting oxidative stress.
Then, add 1 tbsp honey or jaggery to the mixture and sweeten the drink. “It acts as a source of carbohydrates, which can provide quick energy after exercise,” says lifestyle coach.
Stir the mixture well until the salt and sweetener dissolves completely.
Drink carefully, it is not the option of prescribed medical electrolytes.
Luke concluded, “This (beverage) is also good for children, adults and senior citizens … If you are suffering from a medical condition, take careful decisions. To prevent, recovery and good health, always pay attention to lifestyle changes like cellular nutrition, exercise, deep sleep and emotional health. Do not be educated.”
