Lakhimpur Kheri, Amrit thoughts: The raids of food safety officers are going on regarding Holi. The teams formed on Tuesday have taken 10 samples from across the district and sent them to Lucknow for investigation.
Designant officer Brijendra Sharma said that in view of the festival, the order of raids across the district continued on Tuesday. During this time, samples of food items were sent for investigation when they were suspected. He said that on Tuesday, milk, rasgulla and mawa, mustard oil from Mahevaganj, Bundi’s Laddus from Nighasan, Bundi Laddus, Dhakherwa’s colorful Kachri and Mustard, Tel Dhaurahra, Peda, Paneer and Mawa were taken.
During the campaign, a total of 54 samples have been sent for investigation so far. After the investigation report comes, action will be taken against the concerned if the Milatav is confirmed. Chief Food Safety Officer Ram Ashish Maurya, Food Safety Officer Ramesh Singh, Arvind Singh, Nathu Kushwaha, Ram Babu, Vishram, Indraj Maurya and Ramji Shukla were present in Chhopmari.
Dhaurahra. Food Inspector Dhaurahra Ramesh Singh filled the sample of mustard oil from the shop of Jagmohan, Annu Maurya shop at Dhakherwa intersection. After this, the team reached Dhaurahra took samples of Paneer from Shivpujan shop, Mawa from Rampal’s shop and Rakesh’s shop. The food inspector said that the demand for food items increases on the festival of Holi. In such a situation, raids are being conducted to stop adulteration.
