3. Fry the chicken
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry your marinated chicken pieces. When they cook a little, add onion-tomato paste and mix well. Let the chicken cook for some time in the paste, then mix some curd and cook for a few minutes.
4. Prepare special masala
Now, to add a separate test to it, you have to prepare a special masala! For this, fry 1 teaspoon whole coriander, a cinnamon stick, black pepper and two small cardamom in a separate pan. Grind them and make powder and after cooking curd with chicken, add this fresh masala and a pinch of salt to the gravy.
5. Mix Cream
Once the chicken is completely cooked and the spices are mixed in it, then add a little cream to make the gravy more tasty. Add some long chopped green chillies, kasoori methi and fresh green coriander, then turn off the heat. Your delicious garbage chicken masala is ready!
You can thick and dilute the gravy according to your choice, but do not overdo it. Garm chicken looks more tasty with thick and stuck gravy.
