- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- Capsicum (1 teaspoon finely chopped)
- Carrot (2 teaspoons of grated)
- Salt taste

- Green chili, red chili (optional)
- Oil

To make vegetable omelette, first take gram flour in a bowl. Now add all the vegetables and mix it well. After this, add salt, turmeric, celery, green chili and mix all the things well. After this, add water to it and make a paste. Its consistency should be such that the batter can be applied properly on the bread. Your batter is ready.
Now offer the pan on the gas and heat it lightly. Apply a little oil in it and now put the bread in the gram flour solution and cover it well and keep it on the tweet.
