Kanpur, Amrit thoughts. People in Delhi-Howrah, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bihar routes are forced to travel by standing or hanging on the doors of the coach by the crowd of people going home on Holi. Special trains were also shocked to get a place.
Seeing the Chaurichaura, which came on platform number six of the Central, the passengers retreated, not even found a place to set foot. There was a crowd of home visitors and visitors at the Central and Govindpuri stations. Trains came full from Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
People were seen traveling by standing near the corridors, doors and toilets of trains going to Bihar and Jharkhand. More than two dozen trains including Mahananda, Patna Kota, Jodhpur Howrah Express, Shram Shakti, Kalindi Express, North East, Seemanchal, Samparkranti and Gaya Anand Vihar did not get seats in more than two dozen trains.
