Hamirpur, Amrit thoughts. In Maudha Nagar last evening, three bike riding miscreants looted the purse of a young man by putting a pistol. In which thousands of rupees including his mobile, Aadhaar card and ATM card were present. On the victim’s tahrir, the police registered a case against the accused and started searching for them.
The police arrested the two accused of the incident at night along with the goods of robbery. While the third accused was arrested by the police on Wednesday after the encounter. The three accused have been sent to jail in the police.
Amit Kumar son Kamta Prasad, a resident of Meera Talab in the city, was going to his house on Tuesday evening. Then three miscreants riding in a bike near the Badi Devi temple and stopped the path and escaped by robbing his purse and mobile phone. The victim gave the Tahrir Kotwali police of the incident and told that he had Rs 7300, Aadhaar card and ATM card in his purse.
As soon as the police came to know about the incident, the victim registered a case against the three accused on Tahrir and started searching for them. The Kotwali police received information about the two accused of the incident near the Simjanoda railway crossing by the informer. On which the Kotwali police reached the spot and arrested both the accused. Who named his name Sahil Babu son Ganesh Pratap resident Arratra Mor Maudha and Subrati Ahmed alias Shakir son Latif Ahmed resident Elahi Talab Maudha.
2800 rupees and ATM cards were recovered from the arrested accused Sahil Babu. While Subrati has got Rs 2650 and Aadhaar card. During the interrogation, the accused told the police that Chaudharana Maudha, a resident of his partner Jamsheduddin son Imamuddin alias Bhura, had looted with Amit by putting a gun. On receiving this information, the police started searching for Jamshed. On Wednesday morning, the police received information by the informer that Jamshed was coming to the town on behalf of Kamhariya.
On which the Kotwali police left for the spot with the Dalbal. When the police tried to stop Jamshed, who was coming from the bike from the front near the Bright International School on Kamharia Marg, Jamshed fired a fire on the police. Firing in the Kotwali police to defend himself. On which the police arrested the accused after being shot in the leg.
The police have recovered mobile phones and bikes used in the incident and 315 bore pistol, a live cartridge and a kiosk, besides the money looted from Jamshed. Kotwali in -charge Umesh Singh said that taking legal action against the three accused, he was sent to jail. The accused Jamshed had three criminal cases registered before the incident, which has now increased to five.
