Moradabad The festival of Holi was celebrated with great pomp at the camp office of Mayor Vinod Aggarwal at Pili Kothi. Municipal councilors and locals participated enthusiastically on the occasion. In this unique evening of colors, everyone gave gulal to each other and gave the message of love and brotherhood.
The program was started by Mayor Vinod Aggarwal by applying Rang and Abir. After this, all the jhoomas rose to the tunes of the DJ and the whole atmosphere became colorful with the traditional songs of Holi. Councilors and other municipal officials also enjoyed drowning in the fun of Holi by blowing up color. Mayor Vinod Aggarwal said, “Holi is not only a festival of colors, but it is also a symbol of mutual love and harmony. We should celebrate it together and give a message of positivity in society.
Traditional dishes of Holi were also specially arranged in the program. Everyone enjoyed Gujhiya, cold and other dishes. The police administration was also deployed to maintain security and system in the program, in the end, all greeted each other and resolved to celebrate this festival in a cordial manner.
