Shahjahanpur, Amrit thoughts: Holi is a festival of happiness, which is incomplete without colors. Colors bring happiness and prosperity, but eclipse in happiness is when this color blows the color of our skin. In such a situation, it is important to take care of the skin with fake colors.
The skin of our face is very delicate. The chemicals found in different colors can spoil it, which can also make the face ugly. Holi shops have a chemical called metal oxide in color packets and compartment colors of various marca, which smells some distance after the face, but sometimes they leave the stain on the face. These can be very harmful for face and hair. There are small holes on the face, which act of transporting oxygen. When chemical colors fall on the face, these holes are closed, due to which the moisture of the face goes away and black spots start to fall on the face.
Dr. Usha Chandra of the skin of the medical college says that there is a chemical adulteration in the spray color with gulal and water cans. While playing the color, dressed thick clothes and apply sunflower, coconut or mustard oil. Apply coconut oil to the hair. In case of color in the eyes, do not rub the eyes, but wash it by splashing water. Apply sunscreen half an hour before playing the color. This will not affect the skin on the skin.
This is how to protect yourself before Holi
– Apply moisturizer on the skin before colors, which prevents the color from penetrating the skin.
– Apply coconut or mustard oil on the skin, it protects the skin from colors.
– Applying Vaseline or petroleum jelly on the skin before playing Holi, does not allow the color to stick to the skin.
– Apply mustard and coconut oil on the hair before playing the color, this prevents the color from entering the hair.
– Keep the hair covered, while playing Holi, keep the hair covered so that the color people do not appear.
