The mobile phone of Gujarat High Court Chief Justice Sunita Aggarwal has been stolen. Justice Aggarwal went to Dehradun to attend a wedding on 26 February. During this time, 2 of his iPhones were stolen. A stolen phone was registered in the name of Chief Justice. While the second phone was purchased through the Registrar General Office. On behalf of Justice Sunita Aggarwal, the Registrar General of Gujarat High Court, Moolchand Tyagi has filed an FIR. The police have been involved in the investigation of the case.
According to the FIR report, Chief Justice’s phone was stolen between 4:45 to 5:15 pm on January 26. The police have registered a case against the unknown under Section 303 (2) of the Indian Justice Code. The surrounding CCTV footage has also been investigated to identify the thief.
Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court Sunita Agarwal recently came into the limelight for clashes with a lawyer. Advocate Brijesh Trivedi criticized his behavior in the court.
