Kanpur, Amrit thoughts. The court of Additional District Judge Satyendra Nath Tripathi has sentenced her husband to life imprisonment in dowry murder on the basis of evidence. The court has also imposed a fine of 20 thousand rupees. Out of the amount of fine, 10 thousand rupees will be given to the father of the deceased as compensation. Four months after the wedding, the woman was murdered two days before Karvachauth.
Bhikha Lal, a resident of Adgaon Pasakheda Purva in Unnao district, filed a report on 6 October 2017 at Nawabganj police station. In which he told that he married his daughter Rama Devi on 7 June 2017 to Jyora resident Rajesh Kumar. Since marriage, husband, mother -in -law Munni Devi, Jeth Raju and Jithani Rani were demanding a cupboard. He was beaten up by the daughter and the said on the night of 5-6 October 2017, she murdered her.
Assistant District Government Advocate Bhaskar Mishra said that the nomination of mother -in -law, Jeth and Jethani was found wrong in the deliberations. Therefore, the names of the three were removed. 12 people were testified by the prosecution. In the testimony, the wife was attacked by the husband by attacking her with a tawa. Seven injuries were found. On the basis of evidence, the court of Additional District Judge Satyendra Nath Tripathi sentenced husband Rajesh Kumar to life imprisonment and imposed a fine.
Three years imprisonment in molestation of girl child
In tampering with the girl, Special Judge Paxo Act Dr. Amit Verma sentenced the accused to three years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 20,000. 10 thousand rupees will be given to the victim with the amount of fine. A six -year -old girl, a resident of Najirabad, used to swing at Kamala Nehru Park daily with her grandmother. On 8 February 2020, her grandmother was circling in the park, when Vinod Awasthi, a resident of Jawaharnagar, sat there and started doing obscene acts. The people present in the park caught him and beat him to the police. The victim’s father lodged a report against Vinod at Najirabad police station. Special Public Prosecutor Dharmendra Verma and ADGC Sushil Kumar Verma said that the court convicted Vinod and sentenced him.
One year imprisonment, fine of Rs 2.17 lakh
The convict of the check bounce has been sentenced to one year imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2.17 lakh by CS Yadav, the presiding officer of the Special Court NI Act. The complainant will get Rs 2.12 lakh from the fine. Advocate Chinmay Pathak said that Virendra Kumar Tiwari, a resident of Gujaini, had signed a deal in Barra-7 to sell the house to Rajol Singh, a resident of Baghpur in Kanpur Dehat. Rajol gave Virendra two lakh rupees in the form of Bayana funds, but Virendra neither sold the house nor returned the amount. On the agreement in the police station, Virendra gave a check of two lakh rupees to Rajol, but the check bounced on putting it in the bank account. Rajol then filed a complaint against Virendra.
