Kangana Ranaut has worked in 10 Hindi films in the last 10 years, but there was no film that could be praised at the box office. His recent release, emergency, in which he played the role of late Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi, was weak at the box office. Directed by Kangana, the historical biography drama film has become her 11th consecutive Bollywood film. Tejas proved to be a disaster at the box office, released in 2023. Apart from the 2023 action thriller, Dhakad (2022), Thalaiva (2021), Rangoon (2017) and I Love NY (2015) have also proved to be disasters.
Not only this, Kangana Ranaut’s disaster films include Panga (2020), Judal Hai Kya (2019), Simran (2017) and Katti Batti (2015). Among all this, the film Manikarnika- The Queen of Jhansi (2019) is a united film. In this film, Kangana Ranaut also worked as a co -director besides acting. Before this dull round, Kangana Ranaut impressed the audience with his strong acting in Tanu Weds Manu Returns. The 2015 film, which was a sequel to Tanu Weds Manu (2011), proved to be a blockbuster at the box office.
