Dehradun:
In Uttarakhand, continuous action is being taken against the administration against illegal madrasas. For the last few days, action was being taken by the administration to close illegal madrasas, and so far 52 madrasas have been sealed. From the India Nepal border to Vikasnagar in Dehradun, not one but 52 illegal madrasas have been sealed, these madrasas were being operated against registration and rules. The CM says that action will continue on illegal construction and encroachment.
If 43 madrasas were sealed in Dehradun district, 9 madrasas have been sealed in Nepal border Khatima which is a sensitive area. Along with this, children studying in seal madrasas will be taught in other schools.
According to the local administration, these illegal madrasas were operating without any proper registration and this was causing many concerns related to the safety and education of children. The purpose of this campaign to shut down illegal madrasas is to provide better and safe education to children. Under this campaign, 11 madrasas have been sealed so far, and the administration says that this action will continue continuously.
Please tell that during the action of madrasa sealing, the local administration is taking great vigilance. Last month, the police and administration team, who went to the illegal madrasa in Malik’s garden in Banbhulpura area of Haldwani, were attacked by the local people. During this time many people died. More than 300 policemen and corporators, including City Magistrate Richa Singh, Ramnagar Kotwal, were injured in the stone pelting.
