Delhi Police on Wednesday caught a vehicle with ‘Punjab government’ stickers, in which cash, liquor and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) prescriptions have also been found. The police has registered a case in this regard.
The official said that the car with Punjab’s number plate was caught by a flying squad in New Delhi district. The Punjab government dismissed the claims that the car caught in Delhi belongs to it. AAP also issued a statement saying that seizure of the car is “sponsored”.
Delhi Police said that the officials have started legal action in the case and a case is being registered at Tilak Marg Police Station.
Delhi Police said in a statement, “(On searching the car) We have found many bottles of cash, liquor and Aam Aadmi Party prescription inside the car. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said that the matter is “completely fake and ridiculous”.
Congress candidate from New Delhi Assembly constituency Sandeep Dixit said that I had written a letter to LG about the vehicles of Punjab and bringing a lot of money in Delhi. Today, that claim has been proved correct. It has also been reported that Punjab Bhavan being used as AAP’s office. The police should raid Punjab Bhavan and see what they are hiding in the rooms of Punjab Bhavan.
