An accident occurred due to a cylinder burst in a slum on Mangalam Road. The fire was so severe that 3 laborers inside could not get out and were burnt alive. At the same time, a laborer has suffered a minor injury. As soon as the incident was reported, the fire brigade vehicles immediately reached the spot and overpowered the burning fire within half an hour.
3 laborers sleeping in slum burns alive
A PCR call came in PS Anand Vihar at night, in which the fire was reported in the slum. Let us know that four laborers of the IGL company lived in a slum next to the DDA plot and Rotary Club Office near Nala. Jaggi, a resident of Banda, Shyam Singh of Auraiya, Kanta Prasad of Auraiya and Nitin of Ghaziabad were sleeping in that tent. Then suddenly a fire broke out.
Painful death in fire
According to the information, all the laborers used to keep lantern for lights in the slum and lock the slum gate before sleeping. The injured laborer named Nitin told that at 2 pm, Shyam Singh saw a fire in the slum and started awakening everyone. He also tried to run away by opening the door lock but could not succeed. But Nitin Singh managed to get out of there. All the other laborers were stuck inside.
First fire, then cylinder blast
Jaggi, Shyam Singh and Kanta died alive in this accident. At the same time, Nitin Singh has a leg injury. He has also scorched a minor in the fire. The injured laborer said that the cylinder was also blasted due to the fire. Fire brigade reached the spot and controlled the fire. At the same time, Fire Brigade, Crime Team and FSL team visited the spot. The bodies of the dead have been sent to Morchari for postmortem.
