More crowds are expected to increase on Wednesday and Thursday.

Rope to control passengers
Taking lessons from a stampede at Delhi railway station during Mahakumbh, the Railways has made full preparations on Holi. On Monday, tents were installed at Bareilly Junction for the passengers to stop. Now on Tuesday, a rope was tied before the yellow strip to control the crowd of passengers on platform number one. Travelers have been asked to stop up to the rope tied up to both ends of the platform.

Railways has announced the operation of weekly special train on Holi. Chandigarh-Katiyar Holi Special train will be operated from Moradabad division from Wednesday. Senior DCM Aditya Gupta said that on March 12, 04508 will run from Chandigarh at 22:45 to Moradabad at 03: 22 and 4:52 at Bareilly Junction. After Bareilly, Lucknow, Rae Bareli will reach Katihar at 3:45 next day.
