CBSE Free Counseling for Board Exam Students: CBSE board examinations start from February 15. As the board examination is approaching, the pressure on the student has started increasing. This is a psychological pressure that can obstruct a person’s way to perform well. In view of this stress and pressure, CBSC i.e. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to start free counseling for students of board examination. CBSE’s free counseling service will start from February 1. CBSE board class 10th, 12th exam students can take advantage of toll-free call, tele-counseling and online medium. Students can get this information from the official website of the board.
To manage the stress related to the examination, the CBSE board will start free psycho social counseling service for students of class 10th and 12th. This counseling service will be in two phases. The first phase of counseling service will start from February 1 and run till April 4, while the second phase counseling will be held after CBSE Board Result 2025.
In order to manage stress and focus, students can get guidance from CBSE in three ways. 24×7 toll-free interactive voice response system (IVRS) is available on CBSE board exam free counseling service 1800-11-8004. IVRS gives students a strategy of tips, time and stress management as well as providing answers to the general questions and important CBSE contact details. This service is in both Hindi and English languages.
CBSE’s tele-counseling services will be available from Monday to Saturday between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm. A team of 66 trained professionals, including school principal, counselor, special teachers and psychologists, will guide the student. Of these, 51 counselors are located in India, while 15 will help Nepal, Japan, Qatar, Oman and UAE.
Students can download stress management, exam strategies and podcasts on mental health and videos on the official website of CBSE Board CBSE.Gov.in. This initiative has been going on since the year 1998 regarding the CBSE board examination. During the counseling session, students are given professional guidance before the examination, during the examination and after the examination.
