Bssc vacancy: Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has taken out vacancy for a sub-statistical officer/ block Statical Officer in Bihar. Job notification has been issued for this vacancy. Interested and eligible candidates can register online by visiting bssc.bihar.gov.in. A total of 682 posts will be filled for this vacancy.
Out of total posts, 313 posts are unreserved. 98 SC, 07 ST, 112 MBC, 62 Backward Classes, 22 Backward Classes are reserved for women and 68 EWS category. Apart from all this, there are 231 posts of women under horizontal reservation.
Educational qualification
Candidates applying for these posts should have graduation from one subject of economics / mathematics / statistics from a recognized university. Age limit rebate will be given for reserved category candidates.

BC / OBC (male, female) 40 years
SC / ST (male, female) 42 years
The number of written examination will be 75 and 25 will be of experience. Maximum preference will be valid only for working on the basis of contract.
