Security officials said that at least 16 terrorists were killed and 104 passengers were saved by security forces after Baloch militants kidnapped a passenger train in a tunnel in a tunned Balochistan province of Pakistan on Tuesday. In nine bogies, about 400 passengers were going from Jafar Express Quetta to Peshawar, when armed men stopped it in a tunnel near the mountainous area of Gudler and Piru Kunari on Tuesday afternoon. The Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) later claimed responsibility for the attack. Security sources have confirmed that they managed to save 104 passengers including women and children in an ongoing encounter with terrorists.
