- Full cream milk
- Saffron strand
- cardamom powder
- Almond
- Raisin
- Cashew
- Pistachios
Method-
First wash the rice and soak it for some time. Then filter the water and keep it aside. Now take a big pan, add milk to it and boil on medium flame. Meanwhile, take one teaspoon of milk from the pan, add saffron fibers and mix. Keep the saffron mixture separate for further use. Cut almonds and pistachios. Add them to boiling milk. After this add cardamom powder. Then add soaked rice and milk. Stir it well. Add sugar and keep stirring for 5.6 minutes. After the rice is cooked, add chopped fruits on top and add saffron milk and offer it to the bhog.
