Under this, the Central Government has also released Rs 62 crore by sanctioning an amount of Rs 72 crore.
Municipal Commissioner Sanjeev Kumar Maurya said that the Municipal Corporation has formed a team to stop air pollution, which will gather information about the progress and progress of the work being done under NCAP (National Air Pollution Control Program). An action plan is being prepared for this, so that it can be improved better. Instructions have been given to complete the quality. Work is being done on all those points, so that air pollution can be reduced.

Teams associated with the Puducherry Pollution Control Committee (PPCC) have asked for the action plan industrial emissions, emissions from vehicles, construction and demolition activity, road dust, emissions from burning agricultural residues and domestic emissions.
