Nizam, a resident of Hussain Bagh of police station, who was accused of taking an eight -year -old child to the farm by luring Jalebi and fruity, was found guilty in the test by the court. Special Judge Paxo Act Court Umashankar Kahar sentenced him to 20 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000.
Government lawyers Rajiv Tiwari and Alok Pradhan said that the victim’s mother had lodged a report in the police station that on August 23, 2020, at 2 pm, the eight -year -old son was lured by the Nizam Bahla and took him to the field. The police filed a report under the Paxo Act and sent the charge sheet to the court after deliberation. The son came home and told him the incident. The victim, in his statement, told the court that my mother had gone to work on the day of the incident.
The elder brother was tuition. At 2 o’clock in the afternoon, I was playing outside my house, then the Nizam called me to him and asked me to get a jalebi from the shop and asked me to get fruity from Aman’s shop and then drank me, then took me under the tree in the fields and reached there and reached my mouth. Seeing the villager working on the farm, the Nizam left me and ran away. When my mother returned home from work, I told her about the incident that happened to her. The government advocate presented eight witnesses.
