Bareilly, Amrit thoughts. Officials of the districts of Bareilly division are not listening to the complaints of the people seriously. This is the reason that people are reaching Lucknow and Gorakhpur to narrate the complaint in the court of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath after spending expensive fare.
According to the data released from the Chief Minister’s Office, in February, more than a hundred Logas from Bareilly Mandal reached the Chief Minister’s Janata Durbar. Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister SP Goyal has sent a letter to the District Magistrates including the data and has given instructions for quality redressal of complaints. Taking action against the negligent officers and employees, he has also directed to send the report to the Chief Minister’s Office in one side.
In a letter sent to the DM of other districts including Bareilly, Badaun, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, the Additional Chief Secretary has said that in the public darshan held at the Chief Minister’s residence in Lucknow, it is clear in the number of complaints received in the month of February that despite the clear instructions of the government at the district level, the references are not being disposed of, as a result of which adequate number of complaints are being reached in the public philosophy. Instructions have been given that the District Magistrate and Senior Police Officers should personally contact the complainant and get the complaints disposed of.
According to the data released by Additional Chief Secretary, 5 complaints have been reached from Bareilly, 10 of the General Administration, 10 of District Magistrate Revenue, 18 of Police. Similarly, 16 complaints arrived from Badaun, 16 from Pilibhit, 23 from Shahjahanpur. 1510 people from all the districts reached the Chief Minister’s court with their complaints. Most complaints related to revenue and police were reached in this. Apart from this, 6 people arrived from Badaun, three from Pilibhit in the Janata Darshan organized in the Chief Minister’s Gorakhpur.
