The allegation is that after the second marriage, the husband fed him poisonous medicine to remove the first wife from the road, killing the fetus and the woman’s condition remains critical.
According to the information, Munna, a resident of Safipur, Alapur ward number 15 of the city Kotwali area on Lucknow route, said that he had married his daughter Afsana to Islam son Shafi Ahmed, a resident of village Malauli in the Pasauli police station area about 13 years ago. After marriage, Islam and his mother Raison started harassing Afsana for dowry. Afsana had earlier filed a case of alimony in this case. In January 2023, Islam secretly married a woman named Reshma. Afsana protested, but after explaining she started living with Islam. On March 5, Islam called Afsana’s father and told that his daughter was ill and had to be taken to the hospital.
The family members told the family members that Islam, his mother Raison and the second wife Reshma used to beat Afsana continuously. Afsana told her family that Islam fed her poison in the name of medicine so that her path would become easier. On 8 March, Islam left Afsana in a critical condition and left her maternal home. Family members immediately admitted her to a private hospital, where doctors said that the consumption of poisonous medicine is very low in blood in the woman’s body and a three -month -old fetus has died. Police have registered a report on the accused on the father’s tahrir.
