Lucknow, Amrit thoughts. The state government has taken an important decision keeping in mind the end of the financial year 2024-25. Despite the public holiday on March 30 (Sunday) and March 31 (Eid), the treasury and government transactions will be open. In this regard, the government has issued orders to all District Magistrates and Manager to ensure necessary arrangements.
Additional Chief Secretary Deepak Kumar has said in the order issued to all the District Magistrates and the manager that arrangements should be made in this regard. In fact, in the last days of March every year, there is heavy transactions in government departments and banks. Due to the conclusion of the financial year, banks and treasury are opened till late night to complete government work by the last date. This year is a holiday on Sunday, 30 March, while Eid will be celebrated on 31 March. In such a situation, the government has ensured that there is no obstruction in the financial work, so the treasury and government banks will be open on both these days.
