Banke Bihari temple set an example of brotherhood
The servants of the famous Banke Bihari temple of Vrindavan rejected the demand to stop the use of dresses made by Muslim artisans for God. Emphasized that religious discrimination has no place in the traditions of the temple. This demand was raised by Dinesh Sharma, leader of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Sangharsh Trust. He urged the temple management to avoid serving Muslim artisans and ensure that the dress of Lord Krishna should be prepared only by those who take care of “religious purity”.

Muslims will continue to make Banke Bihari dress
In a letter to the servants of the temple, the right -wing group argued that the dress of God should not be made by those who do not respect Hindu traditions or cow protection. The letter also warned that if the demand is not accepted, the organization will start protest. Denying the demand, Gyanendra Kishore Goswami, the service of the temple, said, “It is not possible to do this. Anyway, we do not discriminate or avoid any particular community. Devotees who offer dress to Thakurji make the dress only by following the purity.

No choice of artisans on the basis of religion
Goswami said that artisans cannot be evaluated on the basis of religion. He cited historical examples from Hindu scriptures where both virtue and sinful people were born in the same family. He said, “If a sinner like Kansa was born in the family of Lord Krishna’s maternal grandfather Ugrasen, then Narayana devotee of Prahlad was born in the house of Hari -like Hari. In this way, it is said that good and bad humans can be in any religion, community or clan anywhere.
