Arvind Kejriwal vs Election Commission: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal again reiterated today that the BJP -led Haryana government has dissolved the poison in the water of Yamuna. Along with this, he also surrounded the Election Commission that instead of passing any order against the BJP, an attempt is being made to implicate them. Before reaching the Election Commission, Arvind Kejriwal said that I want to congratulate the people of Delhi, your government’s struggle was successful and this result came. Poisonous water which was now 2.1 on ammonia. Due to our struggle, the ammonia of water came down. He said that this water was sent under the conspiracy. Otherwise, how did it increase and how has it been reduced now.
‘Amonia now decreased’
Arvind Kejriwal said that by sending poisonous water to Delhi, an attempt was made to kill half Delhi. On January 26, the level of ammonia reached 7 ppm, then it seemed that he was playing dangerous games. On January 27, CM Atishi held a press conference and told how ammonia is increasing. Today, 2.1 ammonia has become in water, if we did not struggle, then one crore people would have stopped mixing water today. He said that the Election Commission did not issue any notice to CM Haryana, issued a notice to me. Giving me notice, trying to punish me. An FIR should be lodged against CM Naib Saini, action should be taken against him. There are many states where water goes from one state to another, then one state will stop water and the election will be affected.
‘Haryana CM did not pick up phone’
After this, Arvind Kejriwal went to the Election Commission and met and he filed his reply through a letter. In that letter, Arvind Kejriwal wrote that the first point is that when it was found that the Chief Minister of Delhi called Haryana to Delhi, then the Chief Minister of Delhi called the Chief Minister of Haryana in the last week of December and either Requested to take steps to reduce the level of ammonia or provide additional water. The Chief Minister of Haryana assured that he would take necessary steps, but he did not do so. After this, the Delhi Chief Minister called him again several times, but after some calls, the Chief Minister of Haryana stopped picking up his phones.
‘Efforts to influence election’
In his letter, the second point Arvind Kejriwal has written that it is worth noting that from January 15, ammonia levels rose very fast (about 3.2 ppm on January 15) and reached 7 ppm in a few days. At this stage, suspicion arose that the Chief Minister of Haryana was deliberately trying to influence Delhi elections by sending excessive ammonia water in Delhi. When this problem was not solved and the level of ammonia reached 7 ppm, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi was forced to hold a press conference on January 27 and tweeted it on “X” at 1:17 pm.
Subsequently, on January 27, at 1:34 pm, the Chief Minister of Delhi again tweeted on the issue. I retweeted Atishi’s tweet again at 1:51 pm. On January 27, at 4:29, my statement was in the series of these incidents and only in the context of ammonia contamination. In this statement, I clearly stated that the Chief Ministers of Delhi and Punjab sought time from the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) to discuss the issue immediately.
‘CEC targeted me’
In his letter, Kejriwal has written that the Chief Minister of Haryana, who is from BJP, hatched a conspiracy to create serious water crisis in Delhi and influence the elections. He was well aware that this would create an artificial water crisis in Delhi, which would convince the government of the Aam Aadmi Party. Due to this, almost half of Delhi’s population would have lived without water and about 1 crore people would have to face serious crisis. He has written that it is clear that the Chief Minister of Haryana is completely guilty for this situation. A criminal case should be registered against them as they have tried to put the citizens of the capital of India in a serious crisis. If the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) does not take any action against the Haryana government and the BJP leaders responsible for this incident, then it will make such condemnable incidents normal in electoral politics. He has written that I am also shocked that the CEC did not pass any order to prevent the Chief Minister of Haryana from polluting the water of Delhi just before the election. Rather, the CEC targeted me.
