Written further in Mayawati, that is, it is not right to do any politics on any issue under its guise. It is very important to take equal care of the honor of followers of all religions. Like Sambhal, it is not right to misuse the officers and they should pay special attention to law and order.
‘No community should not be taken’
Earlier, Congress leader Udit Raj objected to this statement of CO Anuj Chaudhary. Congress leader Udit Raj said, “No officer should take the side of any community.” During a conversation with the news agency IANS, Congress leader Udit Raj said, “The way Sambhal’s CO Anuj Chaudhary has made a statement about Holi-Jumme. It shows that he is taking the side of a community. While, it should not be. The officer should not live without any favor. But, his statement does not seem so.”
Congress leader Udit Raj posted on the social media platform ‘X’. He wrote in the post, “Surprisingly, Anuj Chaudhary has not been fired and on the contrary is getting the support of CM. Justice KM Joseph and BV Nagratna’s bench said that the court order will be applicable to all those who give hatred speeches, even if his religion should be the right court. On 28 April 2023, he directed the states to register an FIR automatically on the incidents of disgusting speech and take action against the criminals without waiting for a complaint.
